Sand Mountain Alert: Boycott Fox Peak gas station in Fallon

October 20 - 22,  2006

We celebrated David's birthday at Sand Mountain.  One of his gifts was a rocket.  It was quite the hit with all of the kids in camp.

We had two successful launches, and then BLM shut us down.  Apparently, rockets fall under projectiles (paint ball guns, potato launchers, etc.) and are not allowed.  At least the kids got to see it in action.

This is the first trip with the in car new video setup from Sportzshot.com.  Played around with a few different camera angles, and generally got an idea of how to use everything. Here are a few videos from the weekend:
